Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all premium features until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after expiration
Free Trial Cancellation
If you are on a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial period ends without being charged. Simply cancel before your trial expires to avoid any charges.

- Navigate to Subscription Settings
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation

Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions (Plus and Pro plans). If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- You have not excessively used the service (defined as using more than 200% of your plan's monthly credits)
- The service has significant technical issues that we cannot resolve
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription renewals after the first 30 days
- Free plan (no payment made)
- Enterprise custom agreements (subject to contract terms)
- Additional credit purchases beyond the subscription
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at refunds@winningstrategy.ai with your account details
- Include your order ID and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (Razorpay/your bank). Typically, it takes 5-10 business days from the date of approval.
Partial Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund after 30 days but before the end of your subscription period, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion at our discretion, minus any service fees.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any issues with a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any payment issues fairly and quickly.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
